U.S. Air Force 1st Lt. Lauren Moore, an emergency response nurse assigned to a medical response team currently deployed to St. Cloud, Minnesota, accepts a challenge coin from U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Lowell Kruse, assistant adjutant general of the Minnesota National Guard, at St. Cloud Hospital, Jan. 20, 2022. The medical response team is currently deployed to the hospital in support of the continued Department of Defense COVID response operations to help communities in need.
