NTC and Ft. Irwin Command Sgt. Maj. William A. Justice is recognized with a Place In the Desert (PID) in the town of Razish, NTC's largest urban training site. The location of "Justice's AAR Shack" was selected as it was the site at which Justice conducted his first instrumented After Action Review (AAR). Justice relinquished responsibility of the NTC and Ft. Irwin on Jan. 21st.
