220130-N-TR141-0192 EAST CHINA SEA (Jan. 30, 2022) Quartermaster 2nd Class, Gabriel Carrillo, from Corpus Christi, Texas, shoots a sunline with a sextant to take a bearing from the bridgewing aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey (DDG 105) while conducting routine underway operations. Dewey is assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15 and is underway supporting a free and open Indo-Pacific.
