Sgt. Alexander Mavrogianis, a rifleman with Echo Company, 2nd Battalion, 23rd Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, holds a plank during a Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) black belt culminating event at Fort Pickett, Virginia on Jan. 29, 2022. The culminating event included a five mile run, various exercise stations, and sparring matches where Marines used techniques learned throughout their MCMAP training.
