Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story Installation Commander Capt. Michael L. Witherspoon
hosts a “Brown Bag” lunch with randomly selected junior Sailors. The monthly lunch serves to improve
communications between the ICO and the Sailors and promotes belonging and morale. Witherspoon has
been selected as the Stars and Stripes newspaper’s 2022 Navy Black Engineer of the Year.
