Michael Fairbanks, 8th Brigade Army ROTC command sergeant major, award first place to the University of Hawaii at Manoa (UH Manoa) team for their performance at 8th Brigade Army ROTC Ranger Challenge, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash., Jan. 29, 2022. UH Manoa placed first in this year’s challenge, the team will go on to compete in the Sandhurst Military Skills Competition at West Point Military Academy in April.
