Senior Airman Elise Brown, 21st Airlift Squadron loadmaster, picks up a chain Jan. 25, 2022, at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California. The 21st AS flew a joint training mission with U.S. Marines transporting personnel and they onloaded around 500,000 pounds of cargo during a joint training mission. The joint training exercise High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS), Rapid Aerial Insertion (HIRAIN) allowed Marines to exercise projecting rockets and missiles deep into the battlefield.
