International students from the U.S. Naval War College (NWC) in Newport, Rhode Island, tour an MV22 Osprey in Marine Corps Air Station Camp Pendleton's VMM-164 Hanger during their visit to Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California Jan. 28, 2022. The students visited I MEF to tour the equipment and learn about the Marine Corps future initiatives, such as the Commandant's Planning Guidance and Force Design 2030. The Program provides its students with a greater understanding of the responsibilities of governments, militaries, and citizens to protect, preserve and respect the rights of every individual.
