    U.S. Space Force Gen. John W. "Jay" Raymond, Chief of Space Operations, looks on as the National Reconnaissance Office mission (NROL-87) aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launches from Space Launch Complex-4 on Vandenberg Space Force Base, Calif. Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2022.
