A forklift aligns to move a bulk pallet of outgoing mail to the air strip Dec. 20 to load onto the next C-130 Hercules at Forward Operating Base Fenty in Afghanistan. Mail at Forward Operating Base Fenty has tripled since the beginning of November averaging 9,000 pounds of mail a day.
