An explosive ordnance disposal technician assigned to 764th Ordnance Company, 242nd Explosive Ordnance Disposal Battalion, 71st Ordnance Group checks M8 paper for chemical agents during a Dismounted Reconnaissance Sets, Kits and Outfits training exercise, Feb. 3, 2022, at Fort Carson, Colorado. M8 paper is used to test liquid substances for the presence of nerve agents and blister agents. This training enhances their capabilities by providing realistic scenarios that challenge their knowledge and skill sets.
