A U.S. Army M1A2 SEPv2 Abrams Tank assigned to 1st Battalion, 163rd Cavalry Regiment, Task Force Griz, is loaded onto the cargo ramp of a U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III assigned to the 816th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron, during a training event at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait, Jan. 19, 2022. The partnership of the two services was to train and demonstrate the movement capabilities of U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army operations in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
