With the emergency room (ER) team, medical students diagnose the patient while trying to stabilize him during a gunshot-wound-simulation training at the Poznań University of Medical Sciences, Poland, Jan. 4, 2022. As part of their responsibilities, the ER team assessed patients that entered the emergency room, requested the appropriate medical tests, followed a treatment plan, and coordinated with the different ER departments to ensure patients received the appropriate treatment.
