U.S. Marine Corps recruit Nathan T. Selby with Mike Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, conducts a buddy drag with recruit David G. Yukihiro during the combat conditioning course at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Feb. 16, 2022. The course is designed to teach the recruits to push past physical fatigue. Selby was recruited out of St. Genevieve, Mo. with Recruiting Substation Arnold in Mo. Yukihiro was recruited out of Los Alamitos, Calif. with Recruiting Substation Los Angeles in Calif.
