Freck, outgoing commanding officer of the blue crew of Ohio-class guided-missile submarine USS Ohio (SSGN 726), passes through ceremonial side boys at a change of command ceremony held on Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor in Silverdale, Washington, Feb. 17, 2022.
