ARTA, Djibouti (Feb 15, 2022) – U.S. Navy Aviation Ordnanceman 2nd Class Joseph Shaw, a Sailor from Collingswood, N.J., currently deployed to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, intructs, Master-at-Arms Third Class Tommy Pham, a Sailor from San Antonio, of the target sequence during the shot gun qualification course at the Arta Range Complex. Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti serves as an expeditionary base for U.S. military forces providing support to ships, aircraft and personnel that ensure security throughout Europe, Africa and Southwest Asia.
