U.S. Air National Guard Airmen, assigned to the Ohio National Guard’s 180th Fighter Wing, participated in a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Continuous Process Improvement training course, at the wing, in Swanton, Ohio, Feb. 7-10, 2022. The 16 Airmen who took part, honed their knowledge process improvement theory, composition and implementation, allowing them to become proficient in utilizing systematic tools to define, measure, analyze, improve and control process improvement projects. The 180FW currently has more than 50 Airmen trained at various levels and is working to provide white belt-level training to all members and yellow, green and black belt levels to those interested in growing their CPI skills throughout their careers.
