Josue Rodriguez, indirect fire infantryman assigned to 1st Battalion, 68th Armor Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division issues new equipment to Soldiers assigned to 3rd ABCT, 4th Inf. Div., during the Project Manager Soldier Survivability, rapid fielding initiative (RFI), Feb. 22, 2022, at Fort Carson, Colorado. The RFI team is responsible for fielding protection capabilities and individual equipment to more than 4,000 Soldiers throughout Fort Carson during a 48-hour period to enable operational readiness.
