Adrian Meyer, Maintenance Group commander with the 169th Fighter Wing, South Carolina Air National Guard, conducts a briefing to kick off the Air National Guard's first Production Assessment Team visit, Feb. 22, 2022, at the 177th Fighter Wing of the New Jersey Air National Guard in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. The Production Assessment Team's goal is to increase the number of aircraft a unit can bring to the fight, focusing on the aspects of aircraft availability that units can control - how well and how quickly they repair aircraft and how smoothly they perform scheduled maintenance.
