Senior Airman Kassidy Peters, 51st Healthcare Operations Squadron emergency room technician, simulates being a patient at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Feb. 25, 2022. Peters acted as a simulated trauma patient for the medical teams to practice trauma assessments, patient evaluations, stabilization, intervention and lifesaving procedures alongside the Republic of Korea trauma team. She was later transported to a Republic of Korea trauma center via a medical evacuation to further assess her injuries. The purpose of the training event was to strengthen the relationship amongst United States Forces Korea medical staff members.
