U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Christopher McBride, 509th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron metal technician, fabricates the outer container of the Portable Weather Traffic Receiver that will be installed in the cockpit of the B-2 Spirit fleet at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri, Dec. 8, 2021. The Portable Weather Traffic Receiver provides constant in the moment weather and air traffic updates for B-2 pilots. This allows pilots to focus more on mission priorities and reduce stress regarding constantly changing weather threats and congested air spaces.
