Michael France, commodore, Airborne Command & Control and Logistics Wing (ACCLOGWING) receives a water salute from Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Federal Fire, a time-honored tradition for Navy pilots conducting their final flight before retirement, Mar. 1, 2022. NBVC is a strategically located Naval installation composed of three operating facilities: Point Mugu, Port Hueneme and San Nicolas Island.
