Soldiers from across the Minnesota National Guard are participating in a Comprehensive Soldier Fitness Course. The course is part of the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) initiative which spans The National Guard force as a whole and seeks to give Soldiers the resources necessary to become the most physically, mentally, and spiritually fit Soldier they can be.
Throughout the week, Soldiers will participate in courses pertaining to nutrition, fitness and physical training, communication, sleep and more. The course is designed to help troops understand how to make good choices while juggling the requirements of their lives. (Minnesota National Guard photos by Staff Sgt. Hosnaran Choy)
