U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Justin Mostillo, a native of Greensboro, N.C., and a fire support specialist with All Domain Effects Team (ADET), 2nd Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company, II Marine Expeditionary Force Information Group (II MIG), conducts probing drills for an avalanche rescue training practical application prior to Exercise Cold Response 2022 in Setermoen, Norway, March 2, 2022. ADETs are designed to integrate capabilities from across II MIG in order to synchronize kinetic and non-kinetic fires to create effects across air, land, sea, space, and cyber domains. Exercise Cold Response '22 is a biennial Norwegian national readiness and defense exercise that takes place across Norway, with participation from each of its military services, as well as from 26 additional North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) allied nations and regional partners.
