U.S. Air Force members of the 366th Operational Medical Readiness Squadron, out of Mountain Home Air Force base, Idaho, put up the Arctic Medical Tent for Cold Weather operations for Exercise Arctic Eagle-Patriot 2022 in Nome, Alaska, Mar. 2 2022. Joint Exercise Arctic Eagle-Patriot 2022 increases the National Guard’s capacity to operate in austere, extreme cold-weather environments across Alaska and the Arctic region.
