INDIAN OCEAN (March 3, 2022) Gunner’s Mate 3rd Class Ethan Larsen, from Riverside, Calif., prepares to shoot the shot line on the foc’sle of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62) as the Incheon-class frigate ROKS Gwangju (FFG-817) conducts a replenishment-at-sea with the Deepak-class fleet tanker INS Shakti (A57) during Exercise Milan 2022. Exercise Milan 2022 is a biennial Indian Navy-hosted multilateral exercise that the U.S. is participating in for the first time.
