Airman 1st Class Keith Steve, 374th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron C-130 communication and navigation journeyman, conducts a voltage check on a chaff and flare cartridge hard point before installing fresh rounds during routine C-130J Super Hercules maintenance at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Feb. 9, 2022.
