U.S. Marine Corps Recruit Issiah E. Lopez, a recruit with Alpha Company, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, uses his flotation device during a Water Survival Basic Qualification course at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego March 8, 2022. Lopez was recruited out of Belen, N.M. with Recruiting Substation Albuquerque.
