Andy Kim at a U.S. Capitol Police (USCP)-designated traffic control point in the District of Columbia, March 7, 2022. Kim is the representative of New Jersey’s 3rd congressional district. Approximately 100 New Jersey service members were activated to assist the District of Columbia National Guard supporting D.C.
