U.S. Air Force noncommissioned officers assigned to 621st Contingency Response
Wing, the 305th Air Mobility Wing, and the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center listen to
an Airpower Leadership Academy (ALA) facilitator on 7 March, 2022, at the Infinity
Spark Innovation Lab on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. The ALA is a 305th
Air Mobility Wing initiative created to supplement the leadership training offered to
noncommissioned officers on the joint base. The weeklong course uses the U.S. Air
Force Enlisted Force Development Action Plan as a framework to accelerate the growth
and development of future enlisted leaders.
