Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133 pose for a group photo after completing the Enlisted Leader Development (ELD) course at Camp Mitchell March 9. The purpose of ELD is to supplement Sailors’ individual growth and aid them on their path to becoming better leaders. NMCB 133 is currently forward deployed to provide an adaptive and scalable Naval Construction Force as a vital component of the U.S. Maritime strategy in executing quality construction in combat, humanitarian assistance, or disaster recovery operations. Our actions on- and off-duty influence perceptions regarding the credibility of and confidence in the United States as a strategic partner.
