U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 17th Training Wing fold the flag during a quarterly retreat ceremony outside the Norma Brown building, Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, March 10, 2022. According to the U.S. Code Title 4, Section 8, the flag should never touch anything beneath it, such as the ground, the floor, water, or merchandise.
