Kenyan Defence Force Lt. Col. Tarot Kimtai, Commander of 19th Kenya Rifles Battalion, speaks to U.S. Army Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 503rd Infantry Regiment, 173rd Airborne Brigade, during a walkthrough for a bi-lateral exercise. Exercise Justified Accord allows the US and our African partners to support enduring peace and stability in the region. Over 800 personnel are participating in the exercise which includes a multinational field training exercise and a command post exercise. Justified Accord is an annual and multinational military exercise focusing on African partner capability and interoperability in support of United Nations and Africa Union peace support operations.
