CARIBBEAN SEA - (March 14, 2022) -- Mineman 1st Class Tyler Lavalle assigned to the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Billings (LCS 15) applies an emergency water activated repair patch (E-warp) over a simulated ruptured pipe during a major conflagration drill, March 14, 2022.
