JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKHAM, Hawaii (18 February 2022) – Representative Ed Case, Hawaii’s First District, discusses the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) with Captain Richard Jones, Shipyard Commander, Mr. John Ornellas, Senior Civilian Service and Nuclear Engineering & Planning Manager, and RADM Dean VanderLey, Commander, NAVFAC Pacific.
