SILVERDALE, Wash. (March 16, 2022) – Ken Behal, Trident Refit Facility, Bangor’s (TRFB) waterfront buildings and facilities manager discusses pier conditions and capabilities with the Program Executive Officer for Strategic Submarines, Rear Adm. Scott Pappano, during his visit to TRFB. Pappano’s visit focused on the efforts keeping the aging Ohio-class ballistic missile submarines maintained and the modernization efforts underway in anticipation of the Columbia-class ballistic missile submarines being built to replace them.
