Soldiers attending the Noncommissioned Officers Academy - Rucker Advanced Leaders Course 22-002 use all training and mission planning they have learned in a culminating situational training exercise (STX). The STX event is a great way for these NCOs to execute mission and MOS requirements in a situational environment and through multiple situational obstacles they enhance their leadership abilities in the operational environment.
