PHILIPPINE SEA (March 23, 2022) Fire Controlman 1st Class Damian Castillosakihara, left, from Bayamon, Puerto Rico, and Fire Controlman 2nd Class Eric Jordan, from 29 Palms, California, upload rounds in the Phalanx Close-In Weapon System (CIWS) for a live-fire exercise aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey (DDG 105) while conducting routine operations underway in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility. Dewey is assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15 and is underway supporting a free and open Indo-Pacific.
