Capt. Hassan Mahfoud of Morocco slips past a defender from the opposing soccer team during the International Military Training Sports Extravaganza event March 22 on the Army Logistics University quad. The occasion – which pitted International Military Student Office athletic teams against others – serves to drum up support for the IMSO Sponsorship Program. About 200 competitors and spectators were on hand for the event. IMSO functions to facilitate and support foreign military students with cultural experiences as they undergo training here.
