A U.S. Army Pacific Soldier with 65th Brigade Engineering Battalion, 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, operates a Caterpillar D7R bulldozer to prepare the area for construction of a humanitarian assistance disaster relief warehouse during Balikatan 2022 on Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija, Philippines, March 28, 2022. The humanitarian assistance disaster relief warehouse will stage equipment and supplies that will allow emergency responders to better support the region in the event of natural disasters. Balikatan is an annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. military designed to strengthen bilateral interoperability, capabilities, trust, and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences.
