Ashley Filling, a production engineer at Letterkenny Army Depot, explains cold spray processes during a media tour of the depot Nov. 17, 2021. Artisans at LEAD are using cold spray technology to perform non-structural repairs on aluminum components in support of programs tied to one of the depot's industry partners. LEAD is actively integrating the additive manufacturing technology into appropriate processes in support of the Letterkenny Army Depot Modernization Strategy.
