Bolen, Jr., the commanding officer of Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 3 (MWHS-3), 3rd Marine Air Wing (MAW), debriefs his Marines after the completion of Eagle’s Fest on Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, April 1, 2022. Eagle’s Fest provides a physically demanding environment that fosters camaraderie and competition amongst the Marines and Sailors of MWHS-3. MWHS-3 provides operational, personnel, administrative, training, logistical, and family readiness support to all of 3rd MAW Headquarters personnel in order to facilitate fluid, efficient, staff functions.
