U.S. Central Command’s (CENTCOM) Regional Narcotics Interagency Fusion Cell (RNIFC), co-director, Mr. Fred Paris, briefs a recent narcotics seizure at sea during CENTCOM’s Counternarcotics Program Management Review (PMR), 29 March 2022. The annual event includes representatives of multiple Federal law enforcement agencies such as Customs and Border Protection (CBP), U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS), and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) as well as members of the intelligence community to include the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Security Agency (NSA), Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), and the Joint Narcotics Analysis Centre (JNAC) in London.
