Mollusky met his wife in 1992 while stationed at Fort Riley, Kansas and in 1994 they were married. They have two children together, Taylor, 23, and Alex,19, and currently reside in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. He is also the father of Addam Kinsel, 28 of Springfield.
