SYDNEY (April 6, 2022) – Master-At-Arms 2nd Class James Phelps, from Indianapolis, (right) and Torpedoman’s Mate 1st Class Robert Hollister, from Camarillo, California, both assigned to the Emory S. Land-class submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), stand watch as the ship departs Sydney, April 6. Frank Cable is currently on patrol conducting expeditionary maintenance and logistics in support of national security in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
