U.S. Army Sgt. Bryan Taesali, an infantryman and sniper with 1st Battalion, 41st Infantry Regiment, 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, has his arm raised after defeating his opponent on day 1 of the 2022 All Army Combatives Championship, Lacerda Cup, at Fort Benning, Georgia, April 5. The combatives competition is named in honor of the late Staff. Sgt.
