Eager students at the Samarra Teacher College in Salahahdin province gain the attention of the Provincial Gov. Hamad Hamoud Shekti. Hamad, along with other provincial, local and 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) leaders, was on hand to open the Samarra Dam Bridge after eight months of closure due to security concerns. The leaders spent the day discussing the future of Samarra.
