Miller during a Change of Command Ceremony at the Wichita Veteran’s Memorial Park in Wichita, Kan. April 9, 2022. The Change of Command ceremony marks the moment when the unit leadership changes, and the transfer of responsibility is complete. The 647th RSG is headquartered at the 1st Lt. Lanny J.
