    Joint Terminal Attack Controller Training

U.S. Army Cpt. Jeff Hall, Apache pilot, assigned to 1-3rd Attack Battalion, 12th Combat Aviation Brigade, poses for a photo with NATO soldiers at Camp Adazi, Latvia, on April 6, 2022. Six NATO countries trained together for two days during a joint terminal attack controller course. The training allowed JTAC from NATO Allied countries to exercise their training calling in airstrikes from U.S. Army AH-64D Apache helicopters assigned to the 1-3rd Attack Battalion, 12th Combat Aviation Brigade. 12 CAB is among other units assigned to V Corps, America's Forward Deployed Corps in Europe that works alongside NATO Allies and regional security partners to provide combat-ready forces, execute joint and multinational training exercises, and retains command and control for all rotational and assigned units in the European Theater.
