SILVERDALE, Wash. (April 11, 2022) Kristin DeWald, the supervisory Strategic Weapons Systems (SWS) divisional program coordinator at Trident Refit Facility, Bangor (TRFB), left, discusses shop services and issues with TRFB leadership in the SWS Technical Support Center (SWSTSC) during a leadership gemba. SWSTSC provides paper and electronic technical documentation to mechanics, makes local changes, deviations, and local procedures when documented procedures cannot be accomplished as written, and provides support for the control of ordered materials at TRFB.
